# Mother-in-Law's Treatment: Airjet Lifting Before & After, Plus Shurink HIFU

Today I'd like to share some before-and-after photos — it's been a while since my last post.

Things have been so busy that I haven't had much time to write lately.

I'd actually love to publish more in-depth clinical columns, but after a full day of seeing patients and handling everything else at the clinic, finding the time isn't easy.

Since our clinic received official certification as a specialized Airjet treatment center, we've seen a notable increase in patients coming in specifically for Airjet procedures — so today's before-and-after post features Airjet (combined with Shurink).

(These days we almost always perform Airjet and Shurink together in a single session — sometimes called the "Perfect Lifting" combination — and the synergistic effect is remarkable.)

I'm determined to write a detailed column on Airjet soon.

It's become quite well known, and similar jet-infusion lifting devices such as Viewjet have also appeared on the market — jet-infusion lifting in general does seem to be a growing trend.

Airjet and Shurink are used across a wide age range, from patients in their 20s to those in their 60s.

For younger patients in their 20s, the treatment is most often sought to achieve a more defined V-line or to correct facial asymmetry, and satisfaction rates are very high.

For patients in their 50s and 60s, the focus is on lifting skin and the SMAS (superficial musculoaponeurotic system) that have lost elasticity and begun to sag. Results tend to be especially pronounced in patients with thinner skin.

I've already posted before-and-after photos of patients in their 20s and 30s a number of times, so today's photos feature a patient in her 60s — my own mother-in-law.

Comparing the left and right photos, you can see a clear improvement in sagging and an overall lifted, firmer appearance.

The photo on the left was taken on the day of treatment (28 July 2017), just before the procedure; the photo on the right was taken one month later.

As you can see, the effect remains well maintained at the one-month mark.

The improvement is even more apparent from a 45-degree angle.

Focusing on the jawline and the nasolabial fold area, the contour itself has changed noticeably.

The right-hand photo (30 August) was taken when she came in for her second session.

By around 30 September — one month after that — we expect the results to be even better than at this stage.

We have a large number of cases on file, but unfortunately we are only able to share photos of staff members and the doctor's own family members.

It is a shame that we cannot post the many other cases with even more impressive results.

Regardless,

the Airjet + Shurink combination truly delivers outstanding results.

Even a single session produces a noticeable effect, and performing three sessions at one-month intervals can yield an even more significant outcome.
