Today's before-and-after photos feature the author's mother.

The results of nearly one year of consistent care — roughly once every two to three months (compared to the author's own once every two to three weeks 😅) — left both mother and daughter pleasantly surprised.

She looks like she's turned back the clock.

Treatments performed over the past year:

In the early stages, HIFU lifting was carried out with Newthera; more recently, as Shrink (HIFU device) became available at the clinic, it replaced Newthera for HIFU lifting. In total, HIFU lifting was performed 3–4 times over the year, Air Jet lifting once, and Rejuran (Rejuran Healer) twice.

Overall skin texture has improved noticeably, and the jawline and nasolabial fold area show a clear improvement in firmness and elasticity.

These days, people say she looks about ten years younger — our beautiful mom.

Looking at both the author's and her mother's before-and-after photos, it becomes clear just how much regular maintenance matters.

Even without surgery, fillers, or thread lifting — though adding those would certainly yield even more satisfying results, which is a bit of a missed opportunity — consistent care alone can bring about meaningful improvements.
