Review of my 3rd Rejuran session and Air Jet Lifting treatment.

After my 2nd Rejuran session on April 12th, I had planned to come in for a 3rd session 3–4 weeks later, but the timing didn't work out. On top of that, my skin texture had improved so noticeably after the 2nd session that I didn't feel an urgent need to return.

That said, I still believe it's best to complete all three sessions consistently and then continue with occasional maintenance treatments as needed — which is also what I advise my own patients.

After the 1st session, I noticed a brightening effect that appeared about a week later and lasted roughly one to two weeks. After the 2nd session, visible radiance started showing noticeably from around day 10, and the results lasted much longer — the hydrated feeling seemed to persist for well over a month.

Either way, since I wasn't feeling a strong need, the interval between sessions ended up being a little longer than planned.

For the 3rd session, I received a mix of Rejuran 2cc and HA 1cc. Needle marks and slight embossing at the injection sites remained for about 3 days.

Today is exactly day 5\. The needle marks have mostly faded, though 2–3 spots are still faintly visible, and a small bruise that formed during the procedure is still there.

From day 3 after the 3rd session (while marks were still present), I could feel the hydration after washing my face. Once I covered the remaining needle marks with BB cream, my skin looked noticeably radiant — my husband was surprised!

I know things will continue to improve, and that the full effect tends to peak around the 10-day mark, so I'm patiently waiting.

Today, a demo unit for the Air Jet Lifting device came to the clinic, so I also had that treatment done. I'll write a dedicated post on it later, but it's a genuinely interesting and impressive device. The immediate results are visible right after the session, patient satisfaction is high, and there is very little discomfort. No numbing cream is required. Because most of the treatment is delivered through the scalp area, there is almost no visible marking. Entry points in front of the ears may leave a faint redness similar to a small needle mark for 2–3 days, but it's barely noticeable.

I received approximately 200 shots in total today. Because I have a somewhat noticeable facial asymmetry, more shots were delivered to my left side — and the asymmetry was visibly corrected immediately after the procedure. (See photos below!)

You can clearly see the size difference in the right side of the photo (which is actually my left side in real life).

I plan to come in for a 2nd Air Jet Lifting session in about one month.

One particularly remarkable feature is that the device performs air-assisted subcision while simultaneously delivering medication. The ability to inject HA, PDRN or other growth factors, or any required active ingredient evenly into the dermis is quite impressive. The choice of agent used is expected to be a key factor — both in terms of clinical know-how and treatment outcome.

Because of this, it is expected to be effective for atrophic (depressed) scars and hair loss as well.

After several demo sessions, all of our doctors at the clinic were highly satisfied with the Air Jet Lifting device, and we have decided to add it to our treatment lineup. An introductory event for Air Jet Lifting will begin the day after tomorrow, so if you are looking for a lifting treatment, please visit us.

Combining it with ultrasound lifting (HIFU) or thread lifting is expected to significantly enhance overall satisfaction. This is really a device I'm impressed with — there are so many excellent devices available these days.

Our clinic director has a keen eye for equipment, so most of the devices at our branch are high-quality, original units. As a staff physician, having access to excellent equipment is a privilege, and I believe it makes an even greater difference for our patients.
