Rejuran Healer 2cc Treatment Review – One Week Results

I had a bit of free time today, so I thought I'd do a flurry of posts!

I had been interested in Rejuran for a long time but kept hesitating because of the cost — and we've finally introduced it at our clinic. To mark the occasion, I went ahead and had the treatment done one week ago.

I plan to write a dedicated post on Rejuran later, but to give a quick overview: it's a treatment that regenerates the skin's dermal layer from within.

It contains PDRN — a powerful regenerative compound that is also a component of DNA. Compared to conventional PDRN products, Rejuran uses longer-chain, higher-concentration PDRN, which is said to deliver stronger results. PDRN is also used in burn wound therapy.

Think of it as a treatment that restores the skin itself to a healthier, more youthful state. Expected effects include an overall brightening of skin tone, improvement in fine lines, enhanced elasticity, and increased hydration.

At our clinic, we mix Rejuran 2cc with non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin to maximize results. Depending on the situation, the injection may be administered by hand or delivered mechanically using a Vital Injector.

One week ago I received the Rejuran 2cc injection blended with hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin as described above. Our head physician administered the injections by hand rather than using an injector. Needle marks may appear red for about 2–3 days, but they are coverable with makeup.

In my case, around day 5 I started to notice my skin feeling firmer and more supple all over. I also found that moisturizer applied after washing my face in the morning and evening lasted noticeably longer than before — a clear sense that my skin was being replenished and becoming healthier from within. Very satisfied!

Full effects are generally said to appear after about 2–3 weeks, but even within the first week I could already notice improvements in hydration like those described above.

Several of our staff members tried it beforehand, and everyone reported good results — Rejuran has become quite the trend among our staff and physicians lately! They all say their skin tone has brightened overall and it feels like their skin is being filled from the inside.

Like skin booster injections, the effects are dose-dependent, so a higher volume naturally leads to more noticeable results. For that reason, the typical recommendation is 3–4 sessions at roughly 3-week intervals.

I'm very happy with it so far, and I expect things will keep improving over time. I'm scheduled for my second session in three weeks and looking forward to seeing further improvement!
